A Fun Way to Meet New Friends!

 

I never thought I'd be the type of girl to call a chat line. I had a degree from U of L and plenty of friends to help me find dates. Plus, I wasn't even really looking for a new relationship. I never would have called on my own, but when my friend gave me a list of local chatline numbers and dared me to call one, I wasn't going to back down.

 

That first call was so scary. I didn't want to be embarrassed or talk to a creep, and I thought only losers used these adult party lines. The first guy I talked to was so sweet. He had grown up in Derby City just like me. We ended up talking for 45 minutes about where we went to high school, our hobbies and where we worked. He asked me out for coffee, and I accepted. Although things didn't work out, I've kept calling the chat-line. It got way less scary with each call, and now I look forward to meeting new guys every week.
